The Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area is the largest Urban National Park in the United States. The park spans over 150,000 protected acres in the center of LA's Urban corridor. An expansive park teeming with fossils, ancient rock formations, flora, and fauna. Our Svavenger Quest is designed to take you through just a few of the many beautiful parks scattered through these mountians.
 
Designed for participants of a certain level of fitness, you can expect some moderate hikes of anywhere from 5 to 10 miles. This adventure will take you through beautiful canyons and striking vistas with sweeping views. 99% of this adventure is either on maintained trails or mountain fire roads. The only time you will ever need to leave a trail would be to collect the teasure. All trails are well maintained with a few spots being slightly overgrown.
